- Do you leak urine if you cough, laugh or pick up something heavy?
- Do you have little warning that you are going to leak urine, which causes you to get to the bathroom quickly?
- Do you go to the bathroom more than every 1-2 hours during the day?
- Do you wake up to go to the bathroom more than 2 times per night?
- Do you leak urine when you sleep?
- Do you leak urine when you change positions, such as going from sitting to standing?
- Does a physical or mental condition prevent you from getting to the bathroom in time?
- Do you have difficulty emptying your bladder causing you to dribble, even after you have gone to the bathroom?
- Have you had surgery to correct a prolapsed bladder, uterus or bowel?
- Have you had scarring or tearing from childbirth trauma?
