LiveWell is a voluntary benefit plan that invites employees and their spouses to participate in programs and activities to promote health and well-being. As an employee of Lancaster General Health, your health and quality of life are important to us.
The LiveWell program is designed to engage you and your spouse in healthy behaviors such as preventive screenings, physical activity, good nutrition and stress management to enhance your lifestyles. In 2010, LiveWell incentives will be awarded based on completion of a Health Risk Assessment (HRA) and a simple height, weight and blood pressure screening.
Employees enrolled in the LG Health benefit program will be provided reduced payroll deductions for 2010 health benefit enrollment. Employees and spouses who do not enroll in a LG Health benefit program are eligible to receive a wellness reward for participation in these activities.

No. Employment status is not affected if an employee chooses not to participate in the Health Risk Assessment or other wellness programming.
