Crooked Oak Family Medicine is an office-based group that sees the entire family. We provide hospital newborn care as well as nursing home care. We provide well baby and well child care, routine gynecological care, well adult physicals as well as electrocardiograms and minor surgeries (such as mole removals and laceration repairs). All our practitioners are trained to handle acute care ranging from colds to chest pain as well as chronic illnesses such as high blood pressure and diabetes. Office hours include evenings and Saturday mornings. A doctor from this group is available 24 hours a day.

Crooked Oak Family Medicine, The Story
Dr. Eugene Smith started this practice at 676 E. Roseville Road over 30 years ago and was soon joined by Dr. Charles Appel, until his death in 1982. Dr. Jack Pontz also joined the practice soon after it's inception, retiring in 1997. Dr. Gayle Sisbarro has been associated with the practice since 1993. The practice moved in 1997 to its present location at 1655 Crooked Oak Drive. Dr. Pierre Caron joined the group in 1997. Dr. Robert Krissinger and Dr. Joseph Hess merged their practices with Crooked Oak Family Medicine, where they both practiced though their retirement in 1998.
